Please fill out a small Form I will send to you right after purchase. This Form will include your Username, E-mail and the country you are paying from / your PayPal is registered in (and also your state if you are from the US).

This is an official registered business of mine and due to taxes I need to know the country you are paying from. The information provided to me will only be seen by me and my tax counselor, no one else! If I don't know the country you are paying from, the purchase can not be concluded and we can't make any further business. If you have concerns or questions, please ask me beforehand.

All payment must be in EUR.

I will always send you an invoice for every sale or order, please don't send any payment before that.

Payment is due within 24 hours after the end of an auction, if not stated otherwise.

No refunds are permitted once the exchange is completed.

Payment plans are only permitted if stated so on the sale page or comissiom / custom page.

A payment plan is only permitted if it is stated in the Adoptable / Custom / Comission description.

You can only run one payment plan at a time. A second payment plan can only be started after the first one is fully payed.

Payment Plan operation is always stated in the sale / adoptable description and works like described in these sections.

Only when the full price if completly payed will you get the non commercial rights to the character(s) and the pictures that come with them.

I absolutely do not create or participate in any blockchain-related technology, this includes NFTs and related systems.

You cannot use any of my work for blockchain related technologies. (example; NFTs. ''non fungible tokens'').

You cannot use any of my works that were previously purchased or obtained by other means (trades, offer to adopt etc.) for NFTs and related blockchain technologies either.

By purchasing or obtaining my designs through other means, you agree that you will not create or participate in any blockchain-related technology using my work or my designs. This includes commissioning other artists work of my designs and using them in any blockchain technology.

In short any of my works, be it old or recent, cannot be used for NFTs and other blockchain related technologies under any circumstances.

I do not use AI or any AI related technology myself for any of my art! All of my art, be it personal or comission / custom / adoptable, is handdrawn via my two main art programs, PainttoolSai2 and ClipStudioPaint.

You, as the buyer of a commission / custom / adoptable are not allowed to feed any of my art, whether you own the non commercial rights or not, to AI or AI related technologies.

Your are not allowed to recreate my art using AI.

Even sketches or WIPs I send you, you may not feed into AI to let it complete the picture.

By purchasing an adoptable / custom / comission from me, you get the rights to use this character / illustration or Design in personal use. Commercial use is not allowed!

I retain all copyrights of my original work, which means I can use it for things such as uploading it in other galleries of mine (Twitter, Instagram ect.) or using it for promotion.

I claim the rights of the intellectual porperty, the design and the drawing itself, which means you have to credit me for creating the design if it is a custom or adoptable and credit me for creating the picture if it is a comission!

I will not resell or redistribute the design / illustration to anyone else if the character is owned by someone other than me.

After buying one of my designs you are the owner of the character until you resell, trade or gift it away.

You are allowed to upload the illustration / design to your personal gallery or social media with proper credit.

Refunds won't be made after a payment plan is completed and the price is fully payed, this also applies for payments without a payment plan.

If you drop out of the payment plan you can only request a refund of the amount that you already payed.

If you request a refund without reason or speaking to me beforehand you will be blacklisted.

Before you get blacklisted you will be warned at least once. If we do not reach an understanding the blacklisting process will be executed.

Acts that result into blacklisting are: Starting a payment plan and dropping out of it more than once. Refusing to pay the Adopt / Comission / Custom you had interest in. Showing interest in an Adopt / Comission / Custom and not answering me after I sent you a note / DM multiple times.

If you are on my Blacklist that means that I will block you on Discord and other social medias. After that you are not able to contact me anymore in any way and are not allowed to buy one of my Adopts / Comissions / Customs in the future.

Please do not edit my illustrations / comissions, only designs / adopts drawn by me can be edited.

Changes on the design must be drawn itself as a seperate picture. You are not allowed to change/edit the original directly on my drawing!

Edits to the original character design are fine, if drawn seperatly and not on my original character illustration(s).

Reselling is allowed, as long as you don´t exceed the price you bought it at. However, comissions you bought for this design can be added to the original price.

Designs you got for free from me (through Raffle, Kiribian ect.) or another (through trading/gifting) can not be resold!

Trading and gifting is also allowed.

Always inform me if the ownership of an adoptable changes, so I can keep track of them.

Please inform the new owner of these rules/conditions!
